Ensure alarm systems are off or instructions are clear for our cleaners. CM Cleaning will not be held liable for misuse of alarm systems or false alarms.
No. For maximum results, we request that homeowners and children are not present during your scheduled visit if at all possible. If you or a family member will be present at the time of your scheduled clean, please advise us as early as possible so that our team can coordinate a plan or reschedule if necessary.
CM Cleaning strives to provide a consistent and detailed cleaning service. This can be accomplished by ensuring a complete walk through after every clean. If you find something has been missed when you arrive home, please contact us immediately so that we are able to rectify the issue and return within 24 hours or at our earliest convenience
For residential customers, payments are due the day cleaning services are rendered. The most popular payment method is email money transfer. Email transfers will only be deposited upon completion of service. If there is no payment provided or attempted during the day of your cleaning service, late fees may apply. CM Cleaning also accepts debit, credit card and checks payable to CM Cleaning Ltd.
Payment for residential cleaning services are due the day cleaning services are rendered. Payment for commercial cleaning services are Invoiced Monthly.
We love pets! and are proud to be a pet-friendly company. However, you know your pet better than we do. If you feel that your pet may be of any harm or be in our way during the time of your cleaning, please secure them in safe area. Otherwise we will be happy to clean around them.
